Sultry Bar Refaeli Billboard Removed

After complaints from "only a few" customers, clothing company Fox recently took down two billboards along the Ayalon highway in Tel Aviv.

The billboard in question shows hot lady Bar Refaeli wearing only a blanket on a bed with Israeli "Survivor" star Noam Tor. It was replaced by a more modest photo of the couple in winter clothing.

Some fervently Orthodox groups had threatened to boycott the popular clothing chain.

Bar Refaeli may be scantily clad but it isn't crude porn and is rather artistic. Too bad the billboard was taken down, but at least some accidents may be prevented on the highway due to straying eyes..

Cheryl Cole On Course For Singles Chart Record

Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole's first solo single is on course to become the year's biggest-seller so far.

"Fight For This Love" sold more copies on its first day than Alexandra Burke's single Bad Boys - the current UK number one - did on its first day last week.

Cheryl Cole performed her song on Sunday's X Factor results show which left chief judge Simon Cowell suitably impressed.

Cowell, whose Syco record label is home to last year's X Factor winner Burke, added: "Unfortunately, you're going to be number one next week."

I admit I have not always viewed Cheryl Cole as a credible pop singer. She is just a pretty face but this song is incredible. I listened to it weeks ago and still like it very much.

Hence I am not really surprised that Cheryl Cole is in pole position to top the singles chart but also setting the standard for other singers with this song.

Upon returning to the States, Marisa Miller paid a visit to Aptos High School (which she attended her Freshman year) on Friday ahead of the 15th annual Monte Foundation Musicfest and Firework Extravaganza.

“It was crazy, but it was cool to see the school; there have been a lot of good changes,” Marisa told press. “It’s great to see other artists take their time to come out. You could see that everyone is so pumped to see the full performances.”
