I am not surprised that Kim Kardashian has totally dominated 2010. She is most searched on Bing, beating out Barack Obama and Justin Bieber.

The hot lady has a Twitter following of 5.4 million and a Klout score of 86 out of 100. Her famous face is also on the cover of major magazines every week.

Her book, "Kardashian Konfidential," is sure to stay on many bestseller lists, after thousands of fans lined up around the block for copies the week it was released.
